Our Solution
Embedded RT designed and developed a fully integrated industrial milk system by delivering custom electronics, firmware, and system architecture. Our approach included:

Advanced User Interface & Secure Payment System
- Developed a user-friendly interface with a TFT display, responsive buttons, and sound alerts for enhanced usability.
- Integrated biometric authentication (fingerprint sensor) for secure user identification.

High-Speed, Real-Time Load Cell Measurement
- Engineered 16 high-precision load cell circuits capable of processing data at a very fast sample rate in a real-time industrial environment.
- Developed custom filtering and noise reduction algorithms to ensure accurate and stable weight measurements.
- Synchronized motor control with load cell feedback to dispense precise amounts of milk.

Intelligent Motor Control & Safety
- Designed overcurrent protection circuits to prevent motor failures and ensure safe operation.
- Developed real-time motor control firmware, allowing smooth and reliable motor response.

Real-Time Hall Effect Sensor Monitoring
- Integrated two magnetic distance sensors to provide real-time feedback on mechanical positions.
- Ensured precise synchronization between system actions and sensor data.

Industrial-Grade Communication & Connectivity
